Jabooda is a proud to offer affordable housing options to the North
Beacon Hill community via Seattleās Multifamily Property Tax
Exemption (MFTE) Program. The program affords individuals with
limited incomes the opportunity to choose from a variety of luxury
rent restricted apartment homes while remaining in desired urban
locations.
Eligible applicants will be determined based on household income limits set by the Seattle Office of Housing. For Melody Jabooda, household income must be below 60% of the Area Median Income for Studios, below 70% for 1 bedroom, and below 85% for 2 bedroom apartments. It is advised MFTE applicants contact the leasing office prior to applying to confirm inventory and income limitations.
